The BioMat® for your bed is ideal for whole body treatment while you sleep. For all-night use, we recommend no more than the lowest heat setting of 95F / 35C OR the No-Heat / Negative Ion only setting.  All bed sizes come with Dual Controllers so each size of the bed can be independently controlled.  Additionally, you may use the timer features to shut off the heat in 2, 4, 8 or 12 hour intervals, allowing you to customize your sleep experience fully.  

 

For an optimal comfort experience, we strongly recommend the Quantum Energy Pad in the same size as your BioMat®.
